Q.As a merchant, what information do I need to apply as a partner with Allegro Credit?

A. To become a Provider with AllWell, you need to submit the following documents:

  1. Our Provider Agreement
  2. A voided check of the desired bank account to send ACH funds
  3. A W-9 with signatures of all owners and/or primaries.
Once we have received all necessary documents, it takes approximately 24-48 business hours to process the application and if approved, set up your User ID and account.


Q.What are your rates and fees?

A. Allegro Credit offers standard installment product options with fixed APR terms. The customer's interest rate will not change, nor will the interest accumulate like a credit card. Promotional financing product options are also available. Contact your Allegro Credit representative for more details.


Q.Can a customer apply for financing at home?

A. When using the new AllWell portal, the 'Leads' section can be used to get a customer approved for financing before they even attend their appointment. A provider-specific URL allows the customer to fill out and submit a real-time credit application - and once approved, that financing can only be used at your store.


Q.How can we show the customer estimated monthly payments?

A. Using the Payment Calculator located on the left side of your Dashboard, you may enter in an Amount to be Financed, and the calculator will show you the terms that are available with the estimated monthly payment. You can use this tool to help the customer decide which term length best fits their needs.


Q.How quickly can I receive funds for an Allegro Credit installment contract or lease?

A. Merchants will have funds from Allegro Credit deposited into their bank account within 2 business days.


Q.If a customer returns a product, how do I return the funded amount?

A. If the product is accepted back as a valid return, you will then issue an email to the Credit Team authorizing an ACH to withdraw the amount funded. The customer would be refunded any payments made to AllWell. Any possible restocking/return fees are to the provider's policy and are up to the provider to collect.


Q.Is my personal information secure with Allegro Credit?

A. Yes. We do our best to keep your personal information safe and secure through our in-house database server.


Q.I can't log into my account. What do I do?

Q.As a customer, what information do I need to apply for financing with Allegro Credit?

A. Required information may vary depending on the product you wish to finance. Generally, you will be prompted to enter the following information:

  • First and last name
  • Social Security Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Address
  • Annual Income


Q.Does Allegro Credit report to credit bureaus?

A. Yes. Allegro Credit reports to all three major credit bureaus. This will help the customer build their credit score as they meet their monthly payments.


Q.Where can I review my Allegro Credit account and current balance?

A. You can login to our customer portal by selecting Login in the top-right corner of this page and using the Customers login to access your account information. You will be prompted to enter your account number, zip code, and last four digits of your Social Security Number. The customer web portal will allow you to view and edit account information, including checking your account balance, updating your information, and making online payments.


Q.I can't log into my Allegro Credit account online. What do I do?

A. Login to the customer portal at AllegroCredit.com to update your account information. If you need assistance, please call our Customer Service Department at 800-644-8494 ext. 230.


Q.How do I know my payoff balance?

A. Login to the customer portal at AllegroCredit.com to view your account information including your payoff balance.

Q.How do I make a payment?

A. There are three ways to make a payment:

  1. Online. Go to allegrocredit.com. Select ‘Login’ in the top-right corner and enter your login credentials under ‘Customers’. You will be prompted to enter your account number, zip code and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. After logging in, you can make payments through electronic check, credit/debit card, or sign up for automatic payments.
  2. By Phone. Call our Customer Service Department at:

Q.When are my payments due? Will you send me payment reminders?

A. The scheduled monthly payments are listed on the contract in the Truth-In-Lending Disclosures section. This section states the day of each month the payment is due as well as the amount. You should also receive a coupon book 2-3 weeks after your product is delivered. This coupon book has a perforated slip for each month of the financing listing the due date, amount due, and amount due if the payment is made late. It also lists the account number and includes the address to mail the payment.
If you do not receive your coupon book within three weeks of receiving your product, please call us at 800-644-8494 ext 230 to have an additional book sent.


Q.What if I need more time to make my payment?

A. If you would like to change your due day, you may request it to be changed up to the 45th day from date of delivery. Please note that only one due date change can be made over the life of the financing.

A. Customers may make early payments and payoff their financing early with absolutely no penalty.
